| 9) Does Eclickkorea take responsibility for defected goods? |
| Eclickkorea is only the buying agent. Eclickkorea does
ordering, payment, and delivery on behalf of customers.
Therefore eclickkorea is not responsible for for defected
goods or product quality.
If information on the product website is inaccurate,
customers cannot return or exchange goods. There are no
refunds.
Please choose your products carefully.

| 8) Can I cancel my order? |
| No. Orders are processed immediately, so order cancelations are not accepted.

| 7) Can I exchange goods or get a refund? |
| Size exchange is available before eclickkorea receives
goods from the order site.
If eclickkorea already received the goods, there is a
$9.00 fee for return shipping ($6.00) and personnel expenses
($3.00).
Exchanges (including size) are impossible after
eclickkorea dispatches goods to customers.
Product returns are not allowed.
If ordered goods are out of stock, eclickkorea will
provide a refund for those goods ONLY. A full refund is only
available when goods are out of stock.

| 5) What shipping methods are offered? |
| (1) Standard mail (Normal mail)
We recommend this shipping systerm for customers
living in countries with a stable mail delivery systems.
This shipping method is available for orders less than
2 kilograms.
If your goods are expensive, customers should use EMS
courier.
(2) EMS Courier:
EMS is a much safer method than standard mail as you
can track your parcel.

| 4) How to get a refund if goods are out of stock. |
| Eclick will provide refunds through paypal.
Eclickkorea makes refunds once a week (on Wednesday).
Customers can only receive refunds for goods that are
out of stock.
You cannot get a full refund if only some of the goods
are out of stock.

| 3) Why do customers have to pay the international shipping fee later? |
| Eclickkorea is unable to estimate international
shipping fees before receiving goods and measuring total
weight of goods.
We are only able to notify you of international
shipping fees AFTER receiving your goods.

| Eclickkorea pays a local delivery fee of $3.00 when
ordering products from Korean websites.
This is accounted for in the Buying Agent Service
